As promised, I am starting regular postings for wedding vendors that I know and love. Hopefully the postings will help you plan your wedding day by giving you some background information about suppliers and vendors I have met and worked with in the past. I’ll be featuring vendors for flowers, venues, videographers, day-of coordinators, DJs and music consultants, musicians and more.
Kicking off the series is this posting featuring Lyndsey Loring Design. (Contact Lyndsey directly through her website.) Lyndsey designs the most beautiful floral arrangements for weddings. I visited Lyndsey’s workshop and studio a few weeks ago and took some shots of a few of the arrangements and bouquets that Lyndsey and her team were working on for weddings that weekend.

I first met Lyndsey about five years ago when my wife and I were planning our own wedding. Lyndsey specializes in the elegant simplicity of European floral design and she was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. For each wedding, Lyndsey designs a unique mix of blooming flowers imported from all over the world. She takes your vision, whether contemporary or traditional, and brings it to life with floral arrangements and bouquets that will amaze your guests. We were stunned by the floral arrangements she did for us.
Lyndsey runs her business from a gorgeous turn of the century farmhouse in Dover, New Hampshire. When you visit for a consultation, she’ll sit with you and walk you through swatches and her portfolio to design the perfect flowers to your day. Lyndsey has degrees in Horticulture and Business from the University of New Hampshire and serves New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. She’s been featured in many publications including ‘The Knot: Weddings Boston’ and ‘New England Gala Weddings.’
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Lyndsey and I urge you to get in touch with her during the planning of your wedding. Now take a moment to enjoy some of the images I made of her amazing work. Cheers!

Note from Martin: At all the weddings I shoot, I try to capture all the details of the wedding day including the flowers, your dress, the wedding rings, special items to do with your table arrangements, features of your venue and lots more. After your wedding is over, it’s amazing how quickly some of those details can be forgotten. By having a photographic record of them, you can remember all the special things that made your wedding day so individual to you.
